Shipping and Returns
Shipping is $9.95 for orders under $100, and free for orders over $100 within Australia. Express Shipping is $15 flat rate.
Skydive Australia uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will only be left unattended if there is a safe place to do so.
- Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days, please allow normal postage times for delivery.
- Items are typically delivered within 1 - 8 business days (depending on your location), from the day of dispatch.
Please note we do not ship internationally or offer alternative courier options at this time.
You will be notified when your item has been shipped and provided a tracking number. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.
Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.

Skydive Australia will accept returns on items that are faulty, with a replacement or credit, within 30 days of the shipment date. We take great care to ship items in appropriate packaging, any minor damage to the external packaging of an item can occur whilst in transit and is unfortunately outside of our control.
